I was not writing about Tip Silat Martial Arts, but i want to share to you about the activities i do to reduce the pressure of work and many more. On Friday the last day and my friend held a friendship Futsal Tournament. Done only match that i feel pressure in the thinking has been reduced. I do not advice you worked too hard to catch without a relax or sports. This is because our brain cannot accommodate a lot pressure in the things that happen.
